My name is Graham Vince and I run a family business called Him and Her.  The business is called Him and Her because as well as myself, my wife works with me. My daughter and her boyfriend also help when they aren't busy with college and university.

I started the business in February 2007 after being made redundant from my job as a lift mechanic. I decided to start my own business because I have always enjoyed doing DIY and those little jobs around the house and I thought that I could make a living out of it by doing them for other people.

My aim is to make all of my customers happy as well as doing what I enjoy. Customer satisfaction is the most important thing to me and I will always strive to deliver what the customer wants. I believe this can only be done by effective communication with the customer, and helping them to make important decisions.

We specialise in a wide range of jobs and offer only the highest standard of service because of our specialised tools and remarkable experience, and as a multi-trade business we offer a more affordable service than hiring several specialised tradesman.

As well as running my own business, I have a great interest in motorsport and because of this I spend some of my time as a motorsport marshal. I really enjoy motorsport and that is why I took the step to become a marshal and get more involved in it.
